Design / Development
Based on your requests all components, from the tool through to the finished part, are produced in a single development environment. The perfect interface between design and production ensures shortest throughput times and maximum possible efficiency.
Thanks to state-of-the-art FEM programs and our long experience, we are able to provide you with an insight into the behaviour of a component before even a single fibre has been processed. This computer simulation saves costly tests, so you can achieve your goal faster.
The development and manufacture of complex tools is a challenge that we gladly take on. Regardless of whether the tools are made of aluminium, steel, epoxy or carbon fibre reinforced plastic, thanks to our long years of experience in this field we are absolutely convinced to find a suitable solution for you.
In the past, there was often a requirement for special tools or combinations of manufacturing processes such as, for example, "lost core" technology with subsequent CNC machining. As a result of the multiplicity of technologies available in-house, we are able to respond flexibly to the most varied of requirements. Small Batch Production
Using modern ERP systems, we are able to plan our production in an optimised time frame. Consequently, even small batch orders can be processed without difficulty in the shortest possible time.
Material / Component Testing
In order to be able to offer you the highest quality together with durability and process reliability, material tests are performed continuously, from tensile tests through to torsion tests on our in-house shaft test bench. High-precision 3D measuring machines and in-house ultrasonic testing guarantee the best component quality.
